Neuro - Gym

Neuro-gym is the name given to part of the E-neuro suite of tools which specifically employ neuroplastic methods to reduce and manage our biases. Neuro-gym uses what we know about the way our neurology creates and maintains our personal social biases to dampen their effects at work.

Based around short exercises which can be repeated at key times (such as before conducting job selection interviews or awarding bonus payments) Neuro-gym can be accessed both on paper and through integration to your E-learning programmes.
