Shire Professional have developed a benchmarking survey which allows fast streams to benchmark in 12 key areas, including the selection process, organisational commitment, in-role support and role clarity.  The Graduate Programme Evaluation Survey (GPES) is administered online or on paper (or with a mix of methods) and the survey process identifies areas of scheme strength and development need. 

You can compare your programme to other public and private sector programmes, explore how graduates in different parts of the business perceive the programme, and see how you have improved relative to other programmes since the survey was last administered.  It can be used as a one-off benchmark against other schemes, or as a periodical event to measure scheme progress and support scheme evaluation.
