DNA is a new tool. It is a version of social network analysis ( Cross) which examines the networks within which a work team Communicates, Collaborates, Innovates, Problem solves and Socialises.

We then overlay aspects of team diversity (personality traits, gender, education, ethnicity, age etc)and show how these factors impact the networks.

This enables the blocks to be identified and dealt with, and the networks to be adapted to deliver better organisational performance.

Shire joins 'Different with Difference': A consortium of business psychologists who strongly believe that psychological research can be better and more extensively applied than has historically been the case in the diversity marketplace.
